Delhi - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Agra - Gwalior - Orchha -
Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh National Park - Kanha National Park - Khajuraho - Delhi

 

Day 01: Flight to India (Delhi)
Around midnight arrival in Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

This morning is at leisure. In the afternoon you will have sightseeing in Old Delhi. Sightseeing of Old Delhi includes Rajghat, Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar. Before you will proceed to the hotel you will drive through New Delhi where you will visit the India Gate, Government Buildings and Embassies.

Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur

Today you will leave Delhi and drive to the Pink City Jaipur.

Day 04: Jaipur

After breakfast you will visit the ancient capital of Amber, laying 11 km. away from Jaipur. Amber was the ancient capital of Kachhawaha dynasty for 6 centuries before it was moved to newly created Jaipur. You will ascend to the Palace Fortress on the back of an Elephant. Enroute to Amber you will visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), built in 1799 AD, it contains 953 small casements with each having its own balcony. Later you will visit the City palace, which is still the formal residence of the royal family, built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Later visit the Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, the largest of Jai Singh's five remarkable observatories and have a walk through the colourful Bazaar of Jaipur and visit a factory to see the famous block printing work being done since centuries in Jaipur. In the evening you will drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit "Laxmi Narayan Mandir", a Hindu temple made out of white marble.

Day 05: Jaipur - Ranthambore

Today you will leave the pink city Jaipur and drive to Ranthambore. After a break and refreshment in Ranthambore you will have a jungle safari in Ranthambore National Park. Ranthambore National Park is surrounded by the Vindhyas and the Aravali mountains and covers an area of 392 square km. The Tiger remains the biggest attraction of the Ranthambore National Park.

Day 06: Ranthambore - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

In the morning you will drive to Agra. Enroute you will make a stop and visit Fatehpur Sikri, which was once an imperial capital frozen in time, constructed by Akbar the Great in the 16th century. In the evening arrival in Agra. Evening free at leisure.

Day 07: Agra - Gwalior

Today you will start your sightseeing by a visit to the Agra Fort, built by three of the greatest Mughal emperors. After the visit of Agra Fort you will proceed to visit the most beautiful monument of India, the Taj Mahal, an enduring monument to love, with a continually fulfilling beauty. In the afternoon you will drive to Gwalior. You will arrive in Gwalior by the evening.


Day 08: Gwalior

In the morning you will have sightseeing of different palaces, museums and palaces of Gwalior. You will visit the famous Gwalior Fort, which was built by Raja Man Singh of Tomar dynasty in the 6th century. After the visit of Fort you will visit an old Hindu Temple (10th century) dedicated to god Vishnu.

Day 09: Gwalior - Orchha - Khajuraho

On the way to Khajuraho you will visit the city of Orchha. After the visit of Orchha you will drive through the colorful villages and proceed to Khajuraho.

Day 10: Khajuraho

Today you will visit the temple complex of Eastern Group and Western Group to see the most beautiful temples in India. Evening free for leisure.

Day 11: Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh National Park

In the morning from Khajuraho you will drive further to visit Bandhavgarh National Park. Bandhavgarh National Park covers an area of 105 square km. The animals found in this area are Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear, Gaur, Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, Chinkara, Wild Pig. It is the same place where white tigers were first originated. In the evening you will visit the Bandhavgarh National Park.

Day 12: Bandhavgarh National Park - Kanha National Park

In the morning you will leave the Bandhavgarh National Park and proceed to visit the Kanha National Park. Kanha National Park is perhaps the largest wildlife sanctuary in Asia. This park is a home of animals like Tiger, Porcupine, Jackal, Sloth Bear, Jungle Cat, Macaque, Dhole (wild dogs), Bison, Barasingha and a wide variety of birds.

Day 13: Kanha National Park

In the morning you will explore the Kanha National Park and have a jungle safari. If you are lucky you will get to see the rare hardground Barasingha, which is found only in Kanha. After the Safari you will leave the Kanha National Park.

Day 14: Kanha National Park - Khajuraho

In the morning you will drive to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. Evening free for leisure in Khajuraho.

Day 15: Khajuraho - Delhi (by air)

In the morning transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 16: Delhi (Departure)

Around midnight flight to home destination.
