It is made with boneless mutton, Basmati rice, spices, nuts, and dry fruits. Mutton is cut into small pieces and marinated with ginger garlic paste and kept aside for an hour. These half cooked rice are spread over marinated meat in a layer, upon which limejuice, saffron color, ghee and crushed fried onions are spread.  Fried Fish
