Bank Transfer: Our Bank accept payments from almost anywhere from the world through bank transfers. Please use following details while sending the payments by Bank Transfers:

Note: Banks in India do not have an IBAN Number. Note: We are charged by our bank for receiving the foreign currency thus any charges of sender will not be absorbed by us. Kindly instruct your bank accordingly while activating the payment.

Online Payment by Credit Cards: Through a payment gateway on our site payments can be made online. Our payment gateway CCAvenue is supported by VeriSign SSL Certificates and protect e-commerce and other private information with 128-bit encryption, the strongest SSL protection available anywhere thus making you feel confident sharing information online. There are however 9% extra surcharge on the specific amount payable while using this option as these charges are deducted by the banks or credit card institutes before the payment reaches our account !

Ordering and Payment Via PayPal (4 months in advance only)

PayPal is a safe, secure way to send payments from your credit card or bank account to us using the internet. Any two parties with email addresses can send money. We have a verified account set up to receive and send payments through PayPal. However as it might take up to two - three months depending on the country to receive the Payment from PayPal - therefore we accept the payment via payPal at least 4 month prior to the booking only. However there are 9 % extra surcharge on the payments made via PayPal as these charges are deducted by paypal at different steps before the payment reaches us.

Cash: Payments in cash can be paid as per mutual agreement prior to tour operation at our offices also. The cash payment will be collected in the city as agreed upon by our local representative or in our local office premises.

By Cheques and Demand Drafts favouring our Company Name "Indo Vacations" payable at Jaipur, India. Please make sure that your cheques reaches at least 2 months prior to your arrival as the cheques issued by foreign banks take almost 6 to 08 weeks before the payment is credited to our account. If there are any charges imposed by our bank for crediting the foreign cheques, we will inform you and deduct these charges at the time of final payment settlement.

To our Representative Abroad: If you have booked the tour through our partner offices you make the payments to them and get the confirmation from us.
