The Travancore Heritage is conceived and developed as a Heritage hotel to bring to life the age-old traditional architectural splendor of the region with its typical timber houses and 'Nalukettus' with tiled roofing, which allow for living in communion with all the elements of Nature. The courtyard of the house is the center, around which the four wings of the house were built in timber, which allows air, sunlight and rainwater to pass into the house and closely associate the inhabitants with Nature.

The Travancore has a 228 sq. meters swimming pool, a separate pool for kids, set of Jacuzzi, and a health club. The Resort has a travel desk and car rental service. It also has a small shop selling essential cosmetics, toiletries, beachwear, ethnic hats and selected curios. Other amenities like satellite TV, telephone, mini bar and coffee maker, view of the sea and the beach and the lovely green lawns.
Location:
The nearest international airport is Trivandrum. It is well connected with other parts of India as well as with many major cities of the world. Trivandrum is also well connected through Indian railways from all the important places in India and also by roadways from neighboring states. The resort is situated by the side of the Kovalam - Poovar road, and is only 40 minutes drive from the airport, 45 minutes from railway station and bus station.
