Day 01:
Flight to India (Mumbai)
Around Midnight arrive in Mumbai. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 02: Mumbai - Bangalore (by air)
In the morning after having breakfast drive to the airport for
the flight to Bangalore. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon drive through the garden city and visit
the Bull temple, Vidhan Sabha and downtown commercial centre.
Day 03: Bangalore - Hassan (about 187 km)
In the morning after having breakfast drive to Hassan via
Protima Bedi`s Dance Village. You will arrive in Hassan by
lunch. After lunch visit Sravanabelagola to see the statue of
Gomatesvara, 17m tall erected in 1980 AD. Then you will visit
the famous Hoysala temples of Halebid and the Chennakesava
temples of Belur. Overnight stay in Hassan.
Day 04: Hassan - Mysore (about 115 km)
Today after having breakfast, drive to Mysore via
Srirangapatnam. There you will visit Fort, Tipu Sultan's
Palace and the Gombaz. In the afternoon you will arrive in Mysore. Evening at leisure to visit the beautiful Brindavan
gardens. We will have an overnight stay in Mysore.
Day 05: Mysore - Bandipur National Park (about 81 km)
In the morning after having breakfast drive to Bandipur
National Park. In the afternoon you will visit the park.
Day 06: Bandipur National Park - Ooty
In the morning you will visit Bandipur National Park and then
drive to Ooty (Udhagammandulam). Evening free for leisure to
enjoy the lakeside or the gardens.
Day 07: Ooty - Munnar (about 282 km)
In the morning you will visit the famous and most beautiful
Botanical Garden and Dodabetta peak. In the afternoon drive to
Munnar.
Day 08: Munnar - Periyar (about 110 km)
In the morning you will drive to visit Periyar wildlife
sanctuary and start your day by having a Boat ride on the lake
of Periyar. After the Boat ride drive through the Park and
observe the activities of Elephants, Bison, Sambar, Wild Oxen,
Wild Boar and Spotted Deer which are common here.
Day 09: Periyar - Kumarakom
In the morning visit wildlife sanctuary and in the afternoon
drive to Kumarakom. In Kumarakom you will enjoy the Boat ride
trip through the tropical vegetation on the backwaters.
Day 10: Kumarakom
Spent whole day at leisure.
Day 11: Kumarakom - Kottayam - Alleppey - Mararikulam
(about 70 km)
Today you will enjoy a Boat trip for two hours through the
narrow channels of famous backwaters of Kottayam and arrive in
Alleppey from where you will proceed further to Mararikulam.
Day 12: Mararikulam
Today you will enjoy the famous palm beaches of Mararikulam.
Day 13: Mararikulam - Cochin (about 55 km)
Today in the morning after having breakfast drive to Cochin.
In Cochin you will visit St. Francis church and have a walk
through the Jewish area of Mattancherry.
Day 14: Cochin - Mumbai (by air)
Today in the afternoon drive to the airport for a flight from
Cochin to Mumbai.
Day 15: Mumbai (Departure)
Around midnight flight to home destination.
