Day 01: Trivandrum
(Arrival)
Arrive at the Trivandrum (Thiruvanantapuram) airport.
Transfer to the hotel.
Day 02: Trivandrum - Kovalam (about 16 km)
In Trivandrum, you will visit the Shanghumukham Beach,
Kuthiramalika (Puthenmalika) Palace Museum, Sree
Padmanabha Swami Temple and the Museum Complex. Later
drive to the Kovalam beach. On arrival transfer to the
hotel at Kovalam beach. Spend the rest of the day at
beach.
Day 03: Kovalam - Kumarakom
In the morning drive to Kumarakom.
Day 04: Kumarakom - Alleppey
By the afternoon leave the resort and drive in a
traditional houseboat and cruise though the backwaters
from Kumarakom to Alleppey. Overnight stay in the
houseboat.
Day 05: Alleppey - Cochin (about 70 km)
In the morning leave the houseboat and drive to Cochin.
After arrival in Cochin, drive to the hotel. In Cochin
visit St. Francis church, Jewish area of Mattancherry.
Day 06: Cochin
Whole day at leisure to explore Cochin on your own. In
the late afternoon visit a Kathakali dance school.
Day 07: Cochin (Departure)
Around midnight flight to home destination.
