(Kathmandu - Pokhara - Chitwan National Park - Kathmandu - Dhulikhel - Kathmandu)
 

Day 01: Kathmandu (Arrival)
Around midnight arrival in Nepal. The cosmopolitan city and the capital Kathmandu is the main gateway for travellers to Nepal. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the Hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu

In the morning you will start your sightseeing by visiting Durbar Square. Durbar Square is the spiritual heart of Kathmandu. The old royal palace at the centre of the city was surrounded by temples and other important buildings. After visiting the Durbar square you will visit Swayambhunath. The stupa at Swayambhunath is the most important and oldest site of Buddhist worship in Nepal. Swayambhunath Stupa is famous for the eyes of Buddha which seem to observing the world from all 4 directions. After visiting Swayambhunath you will visit Bodhnath. Bodhnath is the largest Stupa of Nepal.

Day 03: Kathmandu - Pokhara (by air)

In the morning transfer to the airport for the flight to Pokhara. The Pokhara valley is the second biggest valley in the central hilly region of Nepal after Kathmandu. The town of Pokhara itself, at an altitude of just 900 m on the Seti Khola river is overshadowed by the fishtail mountain (6,999 m), one of the most beautiful mountain of the world.

Day 04: Pokhara

In the early morning drive to the north of Pokhara to the view point and enjoy the panorama view of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountains which are only 30 km away. After the breakfast in Pokhara you will drive 15 km to Begnas lake and have a boat ride on the lake. The Begnas lake is the biggest lake in the Pokhara valley with beautiful surrounding. Here, you can have a walk and see the life in the villages of the Himalayas.

Day 05: Pokhara - Chitwan National Park

Today you will drive to the Royal Chitwan National park. The area of the National Park covers around 950 square km. The Chitwan National park is the natural habitat of the Tiger, great one-horned Indian rhinoceros, leopard, gaur, sloth and wild bear, sambar. Overnight stay in a comfortable Lodge in the National Park.

Day 06: Chitwan National Park

In the early morning you will have a jungle safari in the Chitwan National Park penetrating through lush grasslands to view wildlife. In the afternoon you will have a ride in canoe on the Narayani river where there are very good chances of viewing the gharial crocodiles as well as the mugger crocodiles, fresh water dolphins, Otters and varieties of water birds.

Day 07: Chitwan National Park - Dhulikhel

Today you will drive to Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel lies at an altitude of 1650 m and offers a beautiful view of the snowy range of Himalayas on clear days. This ancient town is situated about 30 kms east of Kathmandu on the Arniko Rajmarg. In the evening you can enjoy the clear view of the Himalayas.

Day 08: Dhulikhel - Kathmandu

In the morning drive from Dhulikhel to the Kathmandu airport to connect the flight for the onwards journey or to the home destination.
