cost given of the above Tour
Pacakges
is with the option of two different Hotels categories (Standard and
Deluxe) so that you have a choice according to your budget. There is
also an option of choosing Luxury Hotels as further higher category.
We can update you with the tour cost according to you Travel Dates as
mostly the cost of the Luxury Hotels keep on changing as per their
availability (booking and cancellation) status.
Below is short description of Hotels categories used during Rajasthan
Travel.

Standard Hotels:
These Hotels would be a combination of 2 star or similar category
facility hotels.

Deluxe Hotels:
These Hotels would be a combination of 3 & 4 star category or similar
facility Hotels.

Luxury Hotels:
These Hotels are mostly good 4 stars of five star and similar facility
Hotels.
The
main criteria for selecting hotels by us remain the best value for
money. During the roundtrips we provide
Heritage Hotels in many cities. This kind of Hotels are old Palaces,
Forts and Grand mansions of Maharajas (Kings of Rajasthan) which have
been later renovated and converted into Hotels. Rooms are decorated
individually, are comfortable, romantic and present the flair of olden
Maharaja Days of Rajasthan.
Note:
Once we have your
wished / preferred travel dates and route we
would send you the list of the Hotels in your personal Tour Proposal.
You will have the names of the Hotels in our proposal and by clicking
them you can have a look at their pictures online and read about
further details. Should you like to change one or other Hotels of the
tour proposal our Team would be glad to make the changes.
Local Guides during your
Sightseeing:
In all the cities of
Rajasthan we have local Tour Guides who speak English though in some
small cities and villages there could be Guides available only
with
Basic English speaking ability but you can still understand them. In
big cities we also have the option of providing local Guides who speak
languages like German, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and many
more other foreign languages. Should you like be more comfortable in
your own language to have the sightseeing explained, our Team would be
glad to check the availability of your language Guide for your local
sightseeing. In very city our local Guides will accompany you during
the sightseeing and after the sightseeing is completed he/ she would
take leave and in the next city you will meet another Local Tour
Guide. The coordination with the Local Tour Guides is taken care by
our office any your Driver and you will be updated every day about the
time to start the tour on next day.
Drivers during your
Roundtrips:
The
main advantage or your individual car and own Chauffeur (Driver) is
that our Driver is at your disposal whole day. You can stop where you
wish to and make photos etc. You will be given important tips from our
driver regarding the lunch breaks and good sightseeing points on the
way during your individual Vacation. We are
very careful in choosing our Drivers for your Travel as you would
spend a lot of time with the Driver and we would like you to be
comfortable with him.
Car (Vehicles) during your
individual trips:
We
use different kind and sizes of vehicles as per the nature of the
specific Rajasthan Tour. The vehicles are chosen according to the
number for travelers and stated clearly with the cost of each tour.

You can always ask for any specific vehicles for your individual
Rajasthan Tour and we would be glad to consider your wish. Should
there be any cost difference between two vehicles our Team would
update you with the same prior to taking your booking.
Inclusions:
Standard Rooms (on the basis of two Traveller in one room) in the
proposed Hotels.
Breakfast in the Hotel (mostly Buffet served with Indian and
continental Dishes).
Rickshaw Ride in old Delhi,
Elephant ride in Jaipur, camel ride in
Jaisalmer,
Boat ride in Udaipur.
One Dinner with local music and dance or Indian cooking demonstration.
One Bottle of cooled mineral Water per person/per day.
Cost of Driver
(Basic English speaking, reliable, flexible, experienced & well
behaved).
Accommodation and
other cost of the Driver is included in the given Tour cost.
English speaking Local Guides for the monument sightseeing as per the
tour Itinerary.
All kind of Road taxes, State taxes, Services tax etc. are included in
the given cost.
Vehicle and Driver at your disposal for all
Transfers
as well as Sightseeing
throughout the tour by an
individual
air-conditioned vehicle.
Cost of fuel, Vehicle Insurance for the traveler as per the Regulation
in India.
Travel Kit, Daily News Paper if wished & souvenir from Indo Vacations.
All Applicable Taxes !
Exclusions:
Any Kind of Personal Expenses such as Tips, Laundry, Telephone Bills
and Alcoholic
beverages.
Entrance Ticket cost at the monuments during the sightseeing. (Our
guide will help you get them without
hassle).
Camera fees (still or movie). Note: Still Cameras are mostly included
within the entrance tickets.
Unspecified meal etc.
International or Domestic Flights.
Any Activity which is not mentioned under the Services included.
Reservation
procedure:
Your
booking will be activated only after you ask us clearly to do so.
There are no charges for the advices and suggestions or email
communication for the Rajasthan Tour Query. Your messages will be
treated as a query only and the tour will be booked only once we have
a clear message from you that you wish to go ahead with the bookings.
having this message our Team would activate your booking on
provisional basis and send you the travel documents which will have
all the details. Once you have accepted the tour documents we would
ask for some initial deposit in to our official account in India to
enable us to hold your
travel
booking on definite basis. You will have the option of sending the
advance deposit to us by bank transfer as well as by credit card. Some
