Dear Sir,
thank you for your message. Since my wife and
myself already had the chance to talk to you, I
think further extensive comments are not
required at this stage. First of all I would
like to thank you again very much for the
excellent Organisation of the tour. Virtually
everything worked as planned. The hotels were
all more or less as expected. As already pointed
out the Ratan Villas in Mt. Abu seems to us too
far away from the center of Mt. Abu. It has also
some deficiencies which make it not really
recommendable.
The drivers: They were both very attentive and
kind. They did everything possible to provide a
good service.
The guides are usually more of a problem, which
is not only the case in India. They have often a
strong tendency to do their "program" without
much asking what the tourist wants and needs.
Our German-Speaking guide in Gujarat understood
this well and acted accordingly. He was willing
to accept our suggestions what to do. However
it's not a really important issue, I am sure that
you are anyway aware of it.
