Wildlife with Goa Tour

(Delhi - Sariska - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Agra - Delhi - Corbett - Delhi - Goa - Mumbai)

 

Day 01: Flight to India (Delhi)
Around midnight arrival in Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Hotel.

Day 02: Old - New Delhi

This morning is at leisure. Afternoon sightseeing in Old Delhi. You will take a Rickshaw Ride parallel to the Red Fort through the old city and famous Silk Road and Silver Bazaar. Sightseeing of Old Delhi includes "Rajghat", Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb and Qutub Minar. Before proceeding to the Hotel you will drive through New Delhi where you will see the India Gate, Government Buildings and Embassies.

Day 03: Delhi - Sariska (about 180 km)

Today you will drive to Sariska National Park and Tiger Reserve. Sariska has an area above 479 square km and was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1973 from the government of India. In the evening watch the activities of Sambars, Chitals, Nilgais, Chausinghas, Jackals, Wild boars, langurs etc.

Day 04: Sariska - Jaipur (about 130 km)

Today you will drive to Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur

After breakfast you will drive to the ancient capital of Amber, laying 11 km away from Jaipur. Amber was the ancient capital of Kachhawaha dynasty for 6 centuries before it was moved to newly created Jaipur. You will ascend to the Palace Fortress on the back of an Elephant. Enroute to Amber you will visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), built in 1799 AD, it contains 953 small casements with each having its own balcony. In the afternoon you will visit the City palace which is still the formal residence of the royal family, built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Later visit the Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, the largest of Jai Singh's five remarkable observatory. Later you will have a walk through the colourful Bazaar of Jaipur and visit a factory to see the famous block printing work being done since centuries in Jaipur. In the evening you will drive through the new city of Jaipur and visit "Laxmi Narayan Mandir", a Hindu temple made out of white marble.

Day 06: Jaipur - Ranthambore (about 200 km)

Today you will drive to Ranthambore. After a break and refreshment in Ranthambore you will explore the Ranthambore National Park. Ranthambore National Park is surrounded by the Vindhyas and the Aravali mountains and covers an area of 392 square km.

Day 07: Ranthambore - Agra (about 250 km)

In the early morning you will again explore the park. After the Safari drive to Agra. Enroute you will make a stop and visit Fatehpur Sikri, which was once an imperial capital frozen in time, constructed by Akbar the Great in the 16th century. This wonderful city constructed by red sand stones was abandoned as abruptly as it had been built. It has been generally stated that it was due to failing in the water supply. Late evening arrival in Agra.

Day 08: Agra - Delhi

Today you will start your sightseeing by a visit to the Agra Fort, built by three of the greatest Mughal emperors. The construction of this massive structure began in 1565 under Akbar's reign and continued till the time of his grandson's reign, Shah Jahan who built the impressive imperial quarters and mosque. After the visit of Agra Fort proceed to visit the most beautiful monument of India, the Taj Mahal, an enduring monument to love, with a continually fulfilling beauty. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631-52, as a tomb and memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. In the afternoon after the visit of Taj Mahal you will drive to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi in the evening.

Day 09: Delhi - Corbett

After breakfast you will drive to Corbett National Park. Upon arrival, rest of the day at leisure.

Day 10: Corbett

Full day visit of Corbett National Park.

Day 11: Corbett - Delhi - Goa (by air)

After having the breakfast drive to Delhi. In the evening drive to the airport for the flight to Goa. Arrival in Goa and check in the Hotel and rest of the time at leisure.

Day 12 - 13: Goa

The whole day at leisure in Goa.

Day 14: Goa - Mumbai (by air)

In the afternoon take flight from Goa to Mumbai. In Mumbai you will have rest of the day at leisure.

Day 15: Mumbai (Departure)

Around Midnight flight back to the home destination.
