In Cycling
Tour in through the old city of
Udaipur we pass through beautiful
lakes, Gardens, Temples, Forts and Palaces of Udaipur. This tour has
lot of amusement for the traveller and offer an ecological
introduction of the city. The cycling trip begins with a ride in the
streets of old city of Udaipur. The region is known as Jagdish Chowk,
after the Jagdish Temple. A large number of old havelis are seen in
the areas of Jagdish Temple and its nearby areas.
Then we
proceed to the Clock Tower. This beautiful and extensive bazaar was
founded in the mid-1800s. In this bazaar people are engaged in selling
and manufacturing Indian Jewellery. After visiting this bazaar, we
proceed to Bada Bazar. In Bada Bazaar there are various shops which
are selling various fresh fruit, vegetables, household items and
livestock.
After this
we have a small break in which we drink something. After break we ride
on the bank of Lake Pichola through narrow streets of old city.
Lake
Pichola is a very famous place of Udaipur. This place has a very
beautiful views in the morning and evening.
After Lake
Pichola, we proceed to the beautiful
City Palace, which is situated in
the heart of city. And finally our tour finishes at Tripolia Gate of
City Palace. After finishing tour we have some refreshments – Tea,
Coffee and snacks will be provided to you.
