Situated in the Eastern Himalayas, this beautiful state of Sikkim is sandwiched between the kingdom of Nepal in the West and Bhutan in the East, Tibet in the North and the state of West Bengal in the South. Sikkim has so rich of flora, fauna and a diverse ethnic and cultural population as no other state in India. Sikkim has everything to offer to its visitors - the mountain peaks, lush green valleys, cascading waterfalls, fast flowing rivers, beautiful monasteries and terraced hills.

Day - 01: (Bagdogra (IXB)/ New Jalpaiguri (NJP) to Gangtok)

Welcome on arrival at IXB/NJP meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok (117kms/4hrs), at an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the Capital of Sikkim is a beautiful and clean town promising of the best monasteries and landscapes. Evening free for individual activity and leisure, overnight at hotel.

 

Day - 02: (Excursion Trip to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir)

After breakfast half-day trip to Tsomgo lake (12400ft), which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City, the oval shaped lake is almost about 1Km long, and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people,After that visit 18 kms from the lake Baba Mandir, (temple of disappeared army personal) and back to Gangtok. Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity. Overnight at hotel. (Optional tour is, Nathula the Indo-Chaina border is 20 kms. from Tsomgo lake (subject to availability of special permit for Indian tourist only)

 

Day - 03: (Gangtok to Pelling) 

Morning transfer to Pelling (133kms / 5hrs). Located at an altitude of 6,800 ft, Pelling is a very small Himalayan Town in West Sikkim. Pelling is the nearest motorable point of Mt. Kanchendzonga, world’s 03rd highest peak, offers a good sunrise along with view of the entire Eastern Himalayan range. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day - 04: (Pelling Sightseeing)

After breakfast start for full day sightseeing in and around Pelling. In the fast half covering Rimbi Falls, Rock Garden, Sacred Kechodpalri Lake, and Kanchendzonga Falls. After lunch followed by the second half of the days sightseeing covering Pemayangtse Monastery (the 2nd oldest monastery of Sikkim), Rabdantsay Ruins (2nd Capital of Sikkim) & Sunset Point Overnight at hotel.

 

Day - 05 (Pelling to Kalimpong)

Morning transfer to Kalimpong (105kms/04hrs), another quiet hill station in Eastern Himalaya. Kalimpong is famous for its Orchids & Nurseries and some of the rarest cacti & Orchids can be seen. Oak, Maple and Chestnut stretch up the ridge as far as the eye can reach. Check in rest & Lunch at Hotel followed half day sightseeing in & around Kalimpong covering Durpin Dhara, Zong Dong Palri Fo-Brong Monastery and flower & Orchid Nursaries and Kalimpong Market. Overnight at Hotel.

 

Day-06: (Kalimpong to Darjeeling)

Morning after breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (55kms/3hrs).Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm. It will cater you a mix-experience of lively nature charming Himalayan people.  Surrounded by Tea gardens; this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Take a rest and then a walk around town to appreciate the new culture you are in. Overnight at Hotel.

 

Day - 07 (Darjeeling Best points Sightseeing)

Early morning start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchendzonga (Worlds 3rd highest peak), Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial while returning to the Hotel. After breakfast followed by Half day best point local sightseeing covering Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja N. Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center and Rock side. After that visit to the Mall (Chowrasta) along with local Market for City Life. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day - 08 (Darjeeling to Bagdogra (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri (NJP) 

After breakfast departure Transfer to IXB/NJP (80kms / 3hrs).  Tour End.

3.    The different hotels are combined in such a way where it enables the customer to get the same kind of services, facilities and hospitality in each of the destinations.

4.    We use “Tourist Vehicles” customized and maintained keeping in mind the basis necessities and comfort of the travelers.

b.    Non-A/C Tata Sumo/Maxx – for 05 Adults and above.

c.     All other Luxury AC and Non AC Vehicles are available. They can be provided on demand of guests with appropriate costs.

5.    Check – in and check – out time at Hotel is 12.00 Noon.

6.    Our trained and  well equipped Executives will be at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station with a placard in guests name at the time of arrival of guests to welcome in Siliguri and brief about the tour and hand over the papers and vouchers to guests. They will be keeping in touch with a regular basis with guests until the tour is over.

7.    In case guests are arriving at NJP Railway Station, then they should take the main (The Old one) exit entry, where our executive will be waiting for them with a placard.

8.    It is to be noted that, in case guests are arriving in Siliguri in the late evening or night then they should spend that night in Siliguri Hotel or in the Station Retiring Room. As hills are not safe for night journey it is not advised to venture in the night to Darjeeling or Gangtok. Early in the Following morning guests start for their destination.

9.    In hills weather change is a regular feature. So it is advisable that guests should carry woolen garments at anytime they are visiting hills.

10. Landslide is common incidents in hills. So, in such case if the diversion has to follow instead of regular journey route, extras to be collected directly (or as per your instruction) as per actual cost incurred.

 11 In Darjeeling and Sikkim hills, no single vehicle can operate for the whole journey. In every sector we have to change the vehicle as per the rule made by local car syndicates. . But it will not dampen or harm the spirit of guests.

12. It is noted that in Darjeeling and Gangtok, there are acute problems of vehicle parking slots. Most of the areas are restricted for vehicle entry and specific time is given for entry. So, guests are requested to follow the time given to them for their departure for sightseeing or transfer.

13. In hilly areas scarcity of water is acute. Nearly everyone buys water for daily needs. Guests are requested to keep in mind about the problem and co-operate with the hotel staff.

14. In case of any closing of any Sightseeing Spot due to holiday our team will try their level best to take those places if the time permit.

 

Cancellation:

30 days or before prior to the starting of the tour         -     10% of Package Cost

30 – 15 days prior to the starting of the tour                 -     25% of Package Cost

15 – 1 days prior to the starting of the tour                   -     50% of Package Cost

In Case of No Show                                                              -    100% of Package Cost             

 

Amendments:

30 Days or before prior to the starting of the tour         - No Cost

30 – 15 days prior to the starting of the tour                 - 10%

15 – 1 days prior to the starting of the tour                   - 20%
