Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu
Meet & greet upon arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to your
Hotel. Afternoon free of the day
Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02:
Kathmandu/Sightseeing
Breakfast at the Hotel. At 0900hrs proceed for a full day
sightseeing tour of Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple,
Kathmandu City & Swayambhunath.
Boudhanath
The colossal stupa of Boudhanath was built in the 5th century AD is
supposed to be the biggest in the world. It is built on an octagonal
base inset with prayer wheel is surrounded by a circular market
which forms a part of Tibet Town. The four pairs of the Buddha's eye
painted on the stupa give a vivid flash to the four cardinal
directions, meaning to keep a diligent watch over the people and
their commitments all the day and night.
Pashupatinath
Pashupatinath is a pagoda style Hindu Temple with gilt roofing and
richly carved silver doors dedicated to Lord Shiva and situated at
the bank of River Bagmati 5 km east of Kathmandu city. This temple
is regarded as one of the most sacred temples in the entire Hindu
world. Only Hindus are permitted to enter the main courtyard of the
temple. Alien tourist can view the temple from the eastern side of
the river. Afternoon another half day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu
city and
Swayambhunath
chaitya.
Kathmandu city, Durbar Square. This capital city of the kingdom of
Nepal is situated at 1355 mt. above sea level, is full of
shrines,templesand ageless sculptures. During the sight seeing tour
of this city you will visit Old Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka Palace,
Taleju Temple, Jagannath Temple, Gigantic figure of Kala Bhairaba -
The God of Destruction, Shiva Parbati Temple, Kumari Ghar (The
Temple of Living Goddess) and Kasthamandap.
Swayambhunath
After visiting the city you will further drive 3 km to reach
Swayambhunath - one of the world most glorious Buddhist Chaityas
said to be 200 years old. As this chaityas is situated 500 feet
above the level of the valley it offers excellent panoramic view of
Kathmandu valley. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 03:
Kathmandu/Pokhara
Breakfast at the Hotel. At 0800 hrs scenic drive from Kathmandu to
Pokhara, 205 km,approx 6.30 hrs. Upon arrival check in with your
Hotel.Afternoon one hour boating on Phewa Lake. Overnight at the
Hotel.
Day 04:
Pokhara/Sightseeing
Breakfast at the Hotel. At 09 00 hrs proceed a half day sight seeing
tour of Old Pokhara Bazar, Kali Temple and Seti River Gorge.
Pokhara Valley
The Pokhara vallely is one of the most picturesque spot of Nepal.
Its lovely lakes Phewa, Begans and Rupa enhance the beauty of the
valley, which have their source in the glacial region of the
Annapurna Range of the himalayas. Pokhara valley is situated at an
altitude of 900 mt. From the sea level. For the mountain viewers
Pokhara offers the maginificant views of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Himalchuli,
Machhapuchhre, five peaks of Mt. Annapurna and others. Pokhara is
one of the few places in the world to provide such a dramatic views
in a subtropical setting. Machhapuchhre for example, is only 28 km
from hotels on the bank of Phewa Lake, and not a single mountain
range intervenes between the two.
Kali Temple
It
is located on the top of a small hill at the North end of the Old
Bazar. This is believed as one of the oldest temples in the valley,
and is most famous in Pokhara. On lucky days, one may get to witness
a Hindu wedding ceremony taking place in the premises of this Temple
David Fall
David fall is one of the deepest caves in Asia. This water fall was
first explored in 1970 by B.K.R.E Himalaya and later explored by
D.Gebaure (Atlas of the Great Caves of the World) in 1980 and 1982
respectively, it is 48 metres deep and 1479 meters long. The gushing
waterid Fewa Lake travels through a roughly 1 Km long tunnel before
falling down. It is locally called “Patale Chhango”
Gupteshwor Cave
Gupreshwor Cave is situated in the south east part of the Pokhara at
Chhorepatan. This Cave is one of the outlet of Devi’s fall. It is
believed to be 500 years old and was discovered in 1992. The cave is
damp and stairs are slippery. Drops of water drip continuously from
the ceiling but a string of electricd light bilbs emit enough light
so that stairs are visible. Gupteshwor Casve is situated on Pokhara
Tansen Road. It is at a walking distance from Lakeside and damside.
It is very close from Devi’s Fall. Afternoon free for relaxation.

Day 05:
Pokhara/Chitwan
Breakfast at the Hotel.
At
0800 hrs return drive from Pokhara to Chitwan National Park, 155 Km
approx 0530 hrs.
Chitwan National Park: -
Sprade in an area of 932 sq km this National Park is the biggest
forest region of Nepal with a wide range of wildlife – the rare one
horned rhinoceros, several species of deer, sloth bear, leopard,
wild boar and of course the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Nearly 350
distinct species of birds, fresh water dolphin and crocodile are the
other attraction.
Upon arrival check in with your Safari Resort. Lunch at the Resort.
Afternoon elephant back jungle Safari to view the wild animals in
the Park including one horned Rhinoceros. Dinner and Overnight at
the Resort.
Day 06:
In Chitwan
Whole day jungle activities such as jungle walk,bird watching,
dugout canoe ride to view the Water
birds and reptile, walk to Tharu Village etc. All 3 meals and
overnight at the Resort.
Day 07: Chitwan/Kathmandu
Breakfast at the Hotel. At 0900 hrs return drive from Chitwan
National Park to Kathmandu, 175 km approx 6 hrs. Upon arrival check
in with your Hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 08:
Departure
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer from Hotel to airport in time to
connect your flight to onward journey.
