Day 02:
Ghanerao - Kumbhalgarh - Trekking (about 18 kms) (Up Hill)
Today in the morning after having breakfast we start our trekking tour
from Ghanerao. Its an uphill trek. We pass through some dense forest
areas. Enroute we also spot wild boars, antelopes, deers and a large
variety of bird species. We reach Thandi Beri (The Crocodile Lake)
where we stop and relax for a while. At Thandi Beri we also spot some
crocodiles. We also pass through the lone Tribal Village, situated in
the sanctuary area. Lone Tribal Village is a village of The Bhil
Tribe.
After
visiting the village we continue our trekking towards
Kumbhalgarh.
Upon arrival in Kumbalgarh we proceed straight towards Hotel. After a
short break and relaxation we proceed to visit the Kumbalgarh Fort.
Kumbhalgarh fort was the second most prominent fort of the Mewar
kingdom after Chittorgarh. Kumbhalgarh fort is a very wonderful fort
and has very beautiful Architecture. We spend plenty of time at the
fort. After sightseeing we drive back to the hotel. Dinner and
overnight stay at the hotel.

Staying
Overnight here is Optional. If you don’t want to take stay overnight
then you will be transferred to your destination for onwards journey.
